Shipping
Domestic return shipping will be carried by FedEx Ground and International shipments will be carried by USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise specified by the customer.
Turnaround Time
As with any repair center, our turn times are workload-dependent. We typically experience turn times of 5 to 10 business days. A 24-hour expedited service option is available on our website.
Lifetime Warranty
We will warranty the repair for the lifetime of the instrument. This does
not
include OEM electronic or mechanical components; only the repair and our custom replacement parts are covered.
International Customers
For a better experience regarding customs and import taxes/duties, please include a copy of your purchase order and all shipping documentation in your packaging. Also be sure to declare the item as "Repair & Return".

This listing is for the repair of one (1) out-of-warranty Fluke Scopemeter 192, 196, or 199 monochrome LCD display only (no "B" or "C" series), excluding applicable shipping costs. Repair consists strictly of replacing faulty LCD connectors with ScopemeterRepair.com's custom components; no other issues such as malfunctioning chips, cracked or broken LCD glass, or any other physical damage will be covered or repaired.  Failure of ScopemeterRepair.com to successfully repair the display shall release the customer from any service charge or return shipping costs.
