For sale is a Precision Medical, medical vacuum Y-block assembly that was sold through WT Farley,
from National Healthcare Services LLC.  This includes one male Chemtron quick connect fitting (inlet) and two Puritan-Bennett quick connect fittings (outlet).  This sale is for one but we have several available.
Flat rate shipping charge is only applicable within the continental U.S.
