This figurine is part of a collection of items I am selling for the family of someone who has recently passed on... to help them pay their expenses.
It was purchased new and has been in an enclosed display case since that time.
Unlike others who freely use the terms "NEW or REFURBISHED" as the condition, we believe that anything without the box, that has been displayed (even in a display case) or anything we did not buy new ourselves... cannot be considered "NEW", so it is listed as "USED", although in excellent condition as far as we can see.

Unlike some sellers who ship fragile items in the smallest box possible or in bubble mailers to save postage,

DO NOT
do that.
If you want air-packs (that always arrive deflated, crumpled newspaper or tiny boxes... there are plenty of sellers who will accommodate you.
Our #1 goal is a satisfied customer when the item they paid for arrives undamaged... PERIOD!
All fragile items are wrapped in several layers of bubble wrap then placed in a box with plenty of biodegradable packing material between the item and the outside of the box.  NEVER air-packs and NEVER crumpled newspaper.

SHIPPING
DUE TO THE FRAGILE NATURE OF THIS ITEM..
and because the longer you allow the USPS to handle and abuse a package, the greater the chance on it arriving damaged (based on personal experience, not just an opinion), this item is shipped Priority Mail (2-3 days delivery).
HANDLING TIME

This item will be shipped within Two (2) Business Days after receipt of clear payment.  If payment is received on Thursday or Friday - it will be shipped the following week.

RETURNS
:
Buyer pays return postage
Due to the fragile nature of this figurine, all returns must be INSURED because if it is not packed properly for the return and it arrives broken (it has happened)... I will NOT refund and ebay will be made aware of this.  This is because and because in the past we accepted a return on a fragile item but the buyer did not feel the need to carefully wrap it as we did, and it arrived broken.
Due to his carelessness his use of a tiny box (not the one we used), the USPS claim was denied and we were out the money after he opened a dispute and eBay refunded the buyer when the tracking shows it was received... not caring it arrived broken due to his carelessness!
This item will be shipped USPS PRIORITY MAIL WITH insurance
If it arrives damaged or broken, please contact the USPS as it was shipped with insurance and the shipper is responsible for any damage that occurs while they have the package.
