It is very versatile.  You can EQ it to  give any sound from a great woody jazz sound or a rockabilly  sound or even an Ampeg Baby bass sound(salsa). You can change the volume while you are playing and never miss a beat because the volume control is next to your thumb.  All four sides are spring mounted so that you can adjust the height to get an even volume balance for all four strings.  For use with metal strings only.
